My favorite Cash Flow tactics

Since I am not a financial adviser or certified in any way, I will not give financial advice. I will, however, share some of my favorite ways of putting capital to work and generating cash flow

Tactic #1

Algorithmic Trading

Algorithmic trading uses advanced computer models to analyze market data and execute trades automatically. The algorithm handles all trading decisions identifying opportunities, entering positions, and managing risk so you do not have to watch the markets yourself.

Algorithms primarily trade in the foreign exchange (Forex) market, as well as commodities such as gold and silver, and select cryptocurrency pairs.

WHY I LIKE IT: This tactic takes the emotions out of trading and the algorithm works 24 hours a day, using one or more proven strategies. The vendor program I like has a proven track record, great support, and your money stays in the brokerage account of your choice.

Tactic #2

Dividend Yields

Dividend-paying stocks and ETFs can help create passive cash flow by paying investors regular income simply for owning shares. Unlike growth-only investments that rely solely on price appreciation, dividend investments can provide consistent weekly, monthly or quarterly payments to create an additional stream of income over time. This is one way to build long-term financial independence and reduce dependence on a paycheck.

Another major benefit is the power of compounding. When dividends are reinvested, they purchase additional shares that can generate even more dividends in the future, helping wealth grow faster over time. Dividend-focused ETFs can also provide diversification by spreading investments across many companies instead of relying on a single stock.

Some of my Favorite Dividend paying ETFs

SCHD - The Schwab U.S. Dividend Equity ETF - Typical Yied ~3%-4%

Considered by many the gold standard for dividend investing. Focuses on financially strong companies with growing dividends. SCHD follows the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index, which screens companies based on dividend yield, financial strength, and track record of consistent payouts over at least 10 years.

JEPI - The JPMorgan Equity Premium Income ETF - Typical Yield ~7%-8%

Monthly income with lower volatility than the S&P 500. One of the largest income ETFs in the world. Actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide monthly income and equity market exposure with lower volatility. It combines U.S. large-cap stock investments with an options overlay strategy, appealing to income-focused investors.

JEPQ - The JPMorgan Equity Premium Income NASDQ 100 ETF - Typical yield ~10%-11%

Higher yield and more tech exposure than JEPI. It seeks to provide income and some capital appreciation by investing in Nasdaq-100 stocks while generating option premium income. It complements JPMorgan’s popular JEPI fund, focusing on growth-oriented technology and Nasdaq-listed equities.

SPYI - NEOS S&P 500 High Income ETF - Typical Yield ~10%-12%

Popular alternative to JEPI with potentially better tax treatment. Seeks to provide investors with both equity-market exposure and high monthly income by combining S&P 500 stock holdings with an options-based income strategy.

DIVO - Amplify CWP Enhanced Dividend Income ETF - Typical Yield ~4%-6%

Seeks a middle ground between growth and income. Seeks income and total return by combining dividend stock investing with covered call strategies.

VYM - Vanguard High Dividend Yield ETF - Typical Yield ~2%-3%

Broad portfolio of higher-yielding dividend stocks. Tracks the FTSE High Dividend Yield Index. It provides exposure to large U.S. companies with above-average dividend yields, excluding real estate investment trusts (REITs)

BITO - ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF - Typical Yield ~0%-80+%

Provides regulated exposure to the performance of Bitcoin through CME-traded Bitcoin futures contracts, rather than direct cryptocurrency ownership. Launched in October 2021, it was the first U.S. Bitcoin-linked ETF, marking a milestone for crypto’s entry into traditional finance. If bitcoin value is declining, the dividend is less or even zero but has Bitcoin gains in value, the dividend distribution increases and the yield can greatly surpass the typical ETF yields.

EETH - ProShares Ethereum Strategy ETF - Typical Yield ~0%-80+%

Provides regulated exposure to the performance of Ethereum through CME-traded Ethereum futures contracts, rather than direct cryptocurrency ownership. If Ethereum is declining, the dividend is less or even zero but has Ethereum gains in value, the dividend distribution increases and the yield can greatly surpass the typical ETF yields.

Tactic #3

Network Marketing

Network marketing has come a long way since the 80's and 90's when your crazy relative would invite you to dinner then spring an Amway presentation on you and start drawing circles. (IYKYK) It has become a profession that has becomeis very popular and global sales statistics prove that the industry keeps growing.

Network Marketing is the great equalizer in that success does not depend on your education, age, or experience level. Everyday people can earn hundreds or thousands a month in their spare time and people can become professionals in a few years, earning much more.

WHY I LIKE IT: This tactic doesn't require capital to invest and people can build their business in their spare time while working their full-time job. This tactic allows everyday people to earn recurring income as the business you build, using a simple system, becomes an income producing asset that generates cash flow.
